Senior Sales Negotiator
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our successful sales team in Bath
. This is a great opportunity for a driven property professional who enjoys winning business, building relationships, and seeing deals through.
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Proactively prospecting for new business
- Carrying out market appraisals
- Conducting property viewings
- Liaising closely with the Sales Progressor to ensure smooth transactions
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Some Saturdays (as required)
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator (senior level preferred)
- Confident, proactive, and target driven
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Competitive salary (DOE)
- Commission structure
- Established Bath office with strong local presence
