We are currently recruiting for our client, a reputable and long-established main dealer in Taunton, seeking a dedicated Sales Executive. • Competitive basic salary of approximately £21,000
• Uncapped earning potential with an OTE of around £46,000

• Greet customers and establish rapport to understand their vehicle requirements
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers
• Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently
• Provide outstanding after-sales service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales processes
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to assist customers effectively

• Valid UK driving licence
• Previous experience in car sales or a similar customer-facing sales role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused manner
• Genuine passion for cars and knowledge of the automotive industry
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving market conditions
• A proactive approach to customer service and relationship building
