Its cutting‑edge platform gives businesses valuable insight into when public‑sector contracts are available to go out to tender, giving their users a real competitive advantage. Having grown over 100 % in the last two years, the company is now looking to expand its SDR team.
RoleSales Development Representative – a hybrid sales role that requires two days per week in the Bath office and the remaining days remote. In this role you will book demos and meetings for the business development team and work closely with the BDM team to maximise opportunities.
Responsibilities- Prospect potential new customers – this includes cold calling (preferred activity!) complemented by strategic Linked In & email work.
- Collaborate with the BDM team to extract maximum value from each opportunity.
- Work towards regular activity targets such as call time, calls made, etc.
- Curiosity – naturally inquisitive and eager to learn and understand.
- Listening – the ability to listen attentively to prospects’ needs, challenges and requirements.
- Over‑achievement – evidence of over‑achievement throughout your life & career (ideally in a previous sales role).
- Earning Potential – a base salary up to £25 K (depending on experience) with an exceptional commission structure where you can earn up to 30 % of the revenue you generate. The top performing BDM currently clears £6 k per month in commission.
- Salary Increase – hit your target consistently for three months and your base salary will increase by £1 k every quarter.
- Progression – opportunity to move into a BDM position in under 12 months, and further options to move into leadership or management.
- Hybrid Working – after the probation period, the office requirement reduces to one day per week, giving you flexibility measured by results, not location.
