Territory Manager – Orthopaedic Innovation

Field Sales covering South Central – Worthing to Weymouth, up to Swindon.

Up to £60K + 25% Commission + Car Allowance

What You’ll Do

Drive sales growth across the South Central territory
Represent clinically‑proven hip, knee, ankle and shoulder solutions and world‑leading technologies!
Sell cloud based planning software and integrated digital surgery platform
Build relationships with surgeons, theatre teams & procurement
Deliver product demonstrations and training, theatre support
Grow adoption of robotic‑assisted surgery technologies

Who You Are

Proven orthopaedic medical device sales experience
Hip & knee experience highly desirable
Strong commercial mindset and hunter mentality
Full driving licence and happy to travel daily
Confident working in theatre environments

The Package

£50-60K basic
25% uncapped bonus
£540/month car allowance
BUPA, pension, life assurance
