We are looking for a Digital Services Business Manager (DSBM) to spearhead the growth and adoption of Royal Canin’s digital recommendation services within the veterinary community. This field‑based role covers Northern England and Scotland, including the Northeast, Yorkshire & the Humber, parts of the Northwest, and Scotland (Central Belt, Borders, Highlands and Islands).

Key responsibilities include recruiting veterinary clinics to our digital platforms, driving product recommendations, ensuring partners are engaged and proficient with Royal Canin’s digital tools, and serving as the primary point of contact. You will build collaborative relationships with veterinary clinics and hospitals and play a key role in advancing pet health through digital innovation.

Northern England & Scotland

Base Salary: £39,000 - £40,000 plus bonus up to £7,000-£15,000

Mon‑Fri 37.5 hrs per week

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand our digital footprint.
• Drive the recruitment of veterinary clinics to our digital recommendation service and increase the use of our digital platforms.
• Educate and train veterinary staff on the functionality and benefits of our digital systems.
• Effectively manage a territory of up to 750 accounts, including independent and corporate veterinary clinics, hospitals, and charities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve business objectives.
• Represent Royal Canin at trade shows, seminars, and conferences as a brand ambassador.
• Gather and report on market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback.

• Proactive and results‑driven individual with passion for digital technology and the veterinary industry.
• Professional qualification in IT, science, or a related field.
• Knowledge and experience with digital systems.
• Strong planning and problem‑solving abilities, with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent presentation, communication and IT skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Driver’s licence with a clean driving record.

• Proven track record in sales or account management.
• In‑depth knowledge or direct experience of the veterinary industry.
