Business Development Manager – Bath
Permanent role with a salary of £40,000 to £50,000 per annum plus benefits.
Role OverviewAs a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building new client relationships and identifying commercial opportunities throughout the construction and environmental sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants and public‑sector clients.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Promote specialist environmental and construction services.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to develop tailored client solutions.
- Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract award.
- Proven business development or technical sales experience.
- Background within environmental, construction, civil engineering, waste or related industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive approach with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness and motivation to achieve ambitious growth targets.
