Painter & Decorator

Baillie Reynolds Maintenance Ltd are specialists in serving the local social housing market. Our services consist of voids, planned works, larger repairs and occasional responsive repairs. Due to the high demand and expansion of the company we are looking for a Painter and Decorator.

• Experience and proven track record as a painter and decorator as main trade.
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients and customers.
• Maintain a safe environment for site staff and residents.
• Be smart in appearance as we are customer‑facing business.

• Social housing background preferred but not essential.
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Ability to work closely with outside contractors and consultants.

• PAYE or self‑employed; salary will be discussed upon application.
• Company van and fuel card issued to PAYE workers.
• Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 04:30pm.
• Weekend work optional.
• Holiday and bank holidays allocated.
