Temporary Assignment - 2 Months We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Supported Housing Worker to join a dedicated team delivering vital services to individuals experiencing homelessness. This role is essential in providing safe, high-quality accommodation and support to those who need it most. Your new role Deliver a high-quality 'off the street' accommodation service for individuals rough sleeping within Mendip.

Progress and track referrals into the service. Build positive and effective working relationships with relevant agencies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Take part in rostered systems of working between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM, including weekends as required. What you'll need to succeed Strong understanding of the root causes of homelessness and social exclusion. Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team. Essential: A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Business insurance for work-related travel.
