In Bath, the Supported Housing Worker will deliver warm, person-centred support and hands-on housing management for residents in designated properties, including those with recent experiences of homelessness.
You will guide clients to move-on within agreed timescales by building trust, co-creating clear support plans, and boosting confidence through tenancy skills
