Warehouse Operative (Picker & Packer / Light Assembly)

Location: SN16
Hours: Day shift 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £12.75 per hour

As this role is based outside of any town with no transport links you will need to drive in order to be suitable.

About the Role:
We re looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our growing team. You ll be working with premium hardware, switches, sockets, and lighting products mostly light items, so no heavy lifting required!

Your role will involve picking and packing orders, light assembly work, and helping to keep the warehouse running smoothly. It s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing things properly.

Main Duties:

• Pick and pack light products accurately and efficiently

• Assist with light assembly tasks using basic hand tools

• Prepare goods for dispatch and maintain quality standards

• Help with stock control and general warehouse duties

• Keep your work area clean, tidy, and safe

About You:

• Previous warehouse or assembly experience preferred (but not essential full training provided)

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Confident using your hands and basic tools

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a small team

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
