General Dynamics Bath Iron Works in Bath, ME is seeking a Front Line Supervisor for Pipe fitting to lead pipe fitting operations. You will mentor mechanics, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and coordinate with BOS and area management to meet ship/unit construction milestones.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of pipe fitting experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Graduate Apprentice preferred; familiarity with MACPAC systems is a plus.
