As an LPN, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well‑being and comfort of our residents by providing direct nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with the healthcare team, and implementing individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical data.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.

• Valid LPN license in the state of Maine.
