Experienced General Manager

General Manager – McDonald’s

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring that the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Food Safety.

• Set and achieve restaurant goals aligned with McDonald’s PACE system in partnership with the Area Supervisor.
• Lead a team of Shift and Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future leadership team.
• Ensure compliance with all Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Food Safety standards.
• Lead the restaurant to operate profitably.

• Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• McDonald’s Hamburger University graduate.
• Technical experience with OTP2 or OTP3 certifications (desired).
• Background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality or retail (desired).

Salary: $55,000+ with Bonus Program.
