Meat Cutter Apprentice

Shaw's -  [Meat Clerk / Butcher] As a Meat Cutter Apprentice at Shaw's, you'll:
Operate saws, grinders and other meat processing machinery;
Use knives to cut, trim and prepare meat products;
Inspect, sort and grade meat products;
Inspect displayed products for expired dates and remove when necessary;
Take special orders from customers and provide special cuts;
Maintain division markdown policy.
