Job Description
Pay range for this position is $31.31/hr to $32.58/hr.
This is an entry level position to work in the Preservation Technician Trade. Applicants Will be assigned to P10 Trade tasks. As Paint removal, hand pneumatic grinding /needle gun (surface prep), masking/unmasking, decking, damping tiles, Brush/ Roller/ Spray painting, and snow removal.
Required/Preferred Education/TrainingPreferred – High School Diploma or GED.
Required/Preferred ExperienceRequired – Must have some experience with power and pneumatic tools. hand grinding /needle gun (surface prep),
Required – Must be able to work in confined spaces, on ladders, and at heights with Scissor/ Condo lifts.
Required – Must wear a respirator.
Required – Must meet the requirements of the P10 physical task analysis.
Preferred – Experience with metal surface preparation and coatings application.
Preferred - Spray experience.
