Every 12-round session combines non-contact boxing, strength training, and expert 1-on-1 coaching — all delivered in an environment where every member feels supported, motivated, and part of the UBX community.

We’re on the hunt for a driven, passionate Club Manager to lead one of our UK clubs to success.

As Club Manager
, you’ll be the heartbeat of your UBX club — leading from the front to deliver incredible member experiences, grow the club’s community, and smash business targets. You’ll be responsible for sales, operations, and team performance, ensuring every round, every rep, and every interaction is world-class.

• Lead your team to deliver an exceptional member experience every single day
• Drive membership growth through local marketing, social media, and outreach
• Create a strong, positive culture where members and staff thrive
• Manage budgets, operations, and performance targets
• Build lasting relationships with members, the UBX HQ team, and local communities
• Champion UBX’s values — energy, teamwork, and results

• 3+ years in a fitness leadership or management role (e.g. Assistant Manager, Fitness Manager, Group Fitness Manager)
• A proven track record in sales and customer service
• Strong people and communication skills — you love motivating others
• A deep passion for fitness and community
• Ideally Level 3 Personal Training certification and First Aid/CPR
• A hands-on, proactive attitude — you’re as comfortable leading a team meeting as you are helping on the gym floor
