Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk, Accounts Receivable/ Collections
Full-Time or Part-Time | TTC Medical Ltd | Bathgate
TTC Medical is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Bookkeeper / Accounts professional to join our small, friendly team.
The key requirement is a proven track record using Xero . We’re looking for someone who doesn’t simply process transactions, but understands how to make the finance function efficient, automated and genuinely useful to the business .
You should be confident with:
- Maintaining the books accurately through to trial balance
- Bank reconciliations, purchase and sales ledgers
- VAT and routine financial controls
- Credit control and cash-flow monitoring
- Payroll/accounting integrations
- Producing clear and accurate monthly management reports
- Using the latest Xero apps, automation and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual administration
- Providing directors with clear, useful financial information
You’ll work closely with our external accountants , who know the business well and will provide full professional support whenever required.
We’re a small, supportive and friendly team . There are no layers of management and no office politics, we simply want someone capable, reliable and easy to work with who takes pride in keeping the numbers right and improving how things are done.
We’re happy to consider either full-time or part-time , depending on the right candidate. We would strongly prefer finding an ideal, full-time candidate.
Salary/rate: Competitive and dependent on experience.
