Job Summary      AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project P6 Planner to manage and optimize project schedules for complex infrastructure projects using Primavera P6.

Job Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines and milestones.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary data for schedule development and updates.
Conduct critical path analysis, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on track.
Prepare and present regular schedule reports, progress updates, and variance analysis to project teams and senior management.
Lead and facilitate scheduling meetings, ensuring effective communication and resolution of scheduling conflicts.
Implement and maintain robust scheduling procedures and best practices.
Provide training and mentorship to junior planners as required.
Perform resource loading and leveling within Primavera P6 to optimize resource utilization.
Support the development of project baselines and monitor performance against them.
Assist in risk management by identifying scheduling-related risks and developing contingency plans.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a strong focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 Professional (P6 EPPM experience is a plus).
Demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and analyzing complex project schedules.
In-depth understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) are highly desirable.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
