Location: Blackridge
To lead and manage the delivery of a high-quality education and learning programme within a medium to large sized prison environment . The role will provide operational support to the Operations Manager and the wider business, ensuring compliance with contractual and quality standards. The Team Leader will also perform full line management responsibilities for a medium to large sized team of education delivery staff, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
