Machine Operative
to join an established bakery production business based in Bathgate
.

Our client operates a busy production facility on a 4-on 4-off shift pattern
- giving you four full days off every week - with a permanent position available on successful completion of a probationary period.

What's on offer?

• Temporary to permanent opportunity
• Working either 7am to 7pm OR 10am to 10pm
• Paid weekly at £12.71 per hour

As a Machine Operative, your duties will include:

• Operating production machinery to maintain a smooth and efficient production line
• Carrying out product changeovers and machine adjustments as required
• Monitoring machine performance and reporting any faults promptly
• Packing and labelling products accurately to meet quality standards
• Following strict hygiene and health and safety protocols throughout the shift

To be considered as a Machine Operative, you will need:

• Previous experience operating production machinery is essential for this role
• A background in food production or manufacturing is advantageous
• A reliable, hardworking approach with strong attention to detail
• The ability to work at pace in a busy production environment
