HC-One, the Kind Care Company, is looking for a Charge Nurse to oversee the care of residents in the home and to run the home when the Home Manager is absent. You will supervise, mentor colleagues, administer medicines, and uphold safeguarding and records in line with NMC standards.
You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience, with a valid NMC PIN, and a strong commitment to compassionate, person-centred care across a dedicated team.
