Based at either Livingston or Kelso, you will lead non-conformance resolution, manage customer complaints and ensure alignment with customer specs, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
You will oversee CAPA, AVIs, ECOs and build robust validation plans, while coaching technicians and operators on quality procedures to embed a strong quality
