Viewber provides the following range. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — speak with your recruiter to learn more.

• Base pay: £16.00‑£16.00 (illustrative)
• Freelance rate: £19 per “Standard 30‑minute Viewing”, plus higher rates for longer appointments, inspections or photographic assignments.

• Show potential buyers and tenants around properties in your spare time.
• Attend freelance property appointments including Property Viewings, Meet & Greet Appointments, Video Viewings, Photography, Floor Plans, inspections, and more.
• Accept or reject appointment invitations as you see fit.
• Travel within the radius specified at sign‑up.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Punctual, reliable and comfortable working alone.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• DBS or Disclosure Scotland certificate, dated within the last 3 years.
