Customer Team Leader
Location:
25 Westmain Street, Whitburn, EH47 0QB
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract:
20 hours per week + regular overtime, 12‑month temporary contract, part‑time
Working pattern: A mix of opening from 5.45am, closing to 10.15pm, and mid‑day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift. Either Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday. We’re happy to discuss your availability further at interview.

Whatyou’ll do
- Own the day‑to‑day running of the store by leading the team on your shift
- Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations
- Work hands‑on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members
- Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes
- Champion Co‑op through community engagement and membership growth
