Availability Window:
Tue 22:00-07:00, Wed 22:00-07:00, Thu 22:00-07:00, Fri 22:00-07:00.

Pay starts from £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with the option to work as few as 12 hours a week.

Work schedule will be arranged within the availability windows and you will receive at least 3 weeks' notice of shifts.

• Help serve shoppers better every day by providing excellent service.
• Work across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.
• Apply training consistently to work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly.
• Make customer‑focused decisions and deliver store routines that meet customer needs on time.
• Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance and collaborate to drive service, sales, reduce waste, and increase profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure best condition for customers.
• Live the values, make everyone feel welcome, and follow policies.
• Accept deliveries into the store when required.

Must be at least 18 years old. Candidates who will work before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm, or in warehouse, beers, wines and spirits, counters, bakery, or driving roles, must be over 18.
