Class 2 Driver Skip/ Trade Waste – Panda Recycling UK

Base pay range: £15.00 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience). Overtime paid at 1.5x base rate. 28 days holiday per year.

• Safely operate HGV Class 2 vehicles for Trade Waste or Skip collections.
• Plan efficient routes to maximise productivity and minimise environmental impact.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring sites are tidy and bins/skips are correctly positioned.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects promptly.
• Adhere to waste duty of care regulations, drivers’ hours, and health/safety standards.

• Valid UK Class 2 licence and current Driver CPC.
• Digital tachograph card.
• Previous experience in waste sector operations (Trade or Skip preferred).
• Strong knowledge of environmental compliance and safety.
• Customer‑focused communication skills.
• Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.

• Consistent Monday‑Friday shifts with a 15‑minute paid break.
• Option to earn overtime at 1.5x rate.
• Full PPE and uniform, ongoing training and support.
• Well‑maintained modern fleet with advanced safety features.
