Job Description: We are currently seeking a Senior Transport Planner in our Bathgate depot. This position will be working within the transport team and will involve all aspect of the transport administration processes and coordination of the day to day running of this busy contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee transport operations, including nationwide deliveries and collections.
• Plan and allocate loads effectively using a fleet of articulated vehicles.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries and collections in line with customer requirements, while monitoring KPIs such as on-time performance, shift revenue, and vehicle utilisation.
• Manage and conduct driver briefings and debriefings on a daily and weekly basis.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team and on-site shunter to guarantee trailer and vehicle availability.
