Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Counselor, located in Rampura Phul. The Study Counselor will provide personalized guidance to students regarding study abroad opportunities, assist with university admissions, and guide them through the visa application process. Responsibilities include understanding students' educational aspirations, helping them navigate various course and institution options, maintaining communication with institutional partners, and offering seamless support throughout the application timeline.
The role requires excellent interpersonal and advisory skills to ensure students achieve their study abroad goals effectively.
Qualifications
Strong counseling and communication skills to address individual needs and give impactful academic advice.
Knowledge of education systems and admission processes for international universities, especially in countries like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Proficiency in organizing documentation for university applications and visa processing.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners through customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office, and familiarity with online data management tools.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks during high-pressure intake periods.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (required); experience in education counseling or related fields is an advantage.
Proactive attitude with willingness to adapt and learn about international education systems and new processes.
