Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end success of strategic enterprise accounts
• Lead executive engagements to align CX strategies
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to showcase value
• Collaborate across functions to resolve customer challenges
• Monitor customer health metrics and drive improvements
Requirements:
• 6+ years in Customer Success Management
• Bachelor’s in Business or related field
• Proven success in growing enterprise customer relationships
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms
