CAPREIT Apartments is seeking a Property Specialist for a hybrid leasing and administrative role. You will be the frontline liaison, address concerns to maintain resident satisfaction, and own the leasing process from inquiry to onboarding.
We require 1–2 years in customer service or related fields, a high school diploma, proficiency with MS Office, and SAP knowledge is a plus. A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle may be required for some locations.
