This part-time role spans from September 1, 2026, to May 30, 2027, requiring between 79.02 - 223.02 student contract hours. The EAL Instructor will deliver curriculum-based instruction alongside developing educational materials and assessing student progress.

Your role will emphasize creating an inclusive learning atmosphere and providing consistent feedback to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach ESL in accordance with adult learning principles

• Develop instructional materials and outline program objectives

• Monitor student attendance and academic achievement

• Facilitate an inclusive virtual learning environment

• Collaborate with community partners to enhance programs

Requirements:

• Four-year University Degree, TESL accreditation preferred

• One year of experience in adult EAL education

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proven ability to manage diverse groups

• Completion of required CRC and training verification
