We're seeking an experienced Hardware Consultant with over 7 years in FPGA development specifically for telecommunications and wireless communications systems. This senior role involves defining FPGA architectures, implementing RTL components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware/software interoperability and adherence to key standards like 3

GPP and O-RAN. Your leadership will be crucial in the design process, covering the full development lifecycle from architecture to product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and develop FPGA architectures for radio units

• Design complex RTL components in Verilog/System Verilog

• Contribute to system-level architecture decisions

• Develop and execute verification strategies using UVM

• Optimize FPGA implementations for performance and resource utilization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field

• 7+ years in FPGA solutions for wireless communications

• Strong expertise in RTL design and verification methodologies

• Experience with wireless communication protocols

• Knowledge of high-speed interfaces and protocols
