Hairstylist

Job Summary:

Be the face of our salon and provide a welcoming, professional experience to every client! As a Hairstylist, you’ll be responsible for providing hair services, offering expert advice, and ensuring each client leaves feeling confident and satisfied.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

– Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, and other hair treatments according to client preferences and salon standards

– Consult with clients to recommend styles, treatments, and hair care products

– Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries with professionalism

– Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation

– Collaborate with other salon staff to ensure efficient and seamless service

Other Duties Assigned:

– Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and trends

– Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client care

– Assist with special promotions, events, or initiatives to enhance client satisfaction

Requirements:

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

– Professional knowledge of hair care, cutting, coloring, and styling techniques

– Relevant cosmetology certification or license
