About The OpportunityAre you about to graduate from a Diagnostic Imaging program? Nova Scotia Health’s Diagnostic Imaging team is a close-knit group of patient‑focused professionals delivering medical imaging and radiation therapy services across the province with advanced equipment such as GE Logic E10s, GE Definium 656, Philips Epiq CVXs, and more. As a graduate, you will guide patients through testing and play a vital role within the healthcare team.
AboutYou
- Graduated, or will graduate from an accredited educational program (School of Radiological Technology, School of Nuclear Medicine Technology, School of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technology, School of Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound).
- Certification (or eligible) with Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) (if applicable).
- Certification (or eligible) with Sonography Canada (if applicable).
- Licensure (or eligible) with Nova Scotia College of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Professionals (NSCMIRTP).
- Competencies in other languages an asset;
French preferred.

- Radiological Technologist - General Imaging: $34.78 - $44.49 hourly.
- CT Technologist, MRI Technologist, Interventional Technologist, Diagnostic Medical Sonographer: $38.74 - $47.50 hourly.
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist: $36.88 - $45.21 hourly.
- Cardiac Sonographer: $43.56 - $52.45 hourly.
- Eligible for benefits package including health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
