In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of the Police Force, developing strategic goals and overseeing law enforcement initiatives that promote community safety. Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the development of police department goals

• Engage with civic officials for policy creation

• Monitor law enforcement operations and initiatives

Requirements:

• At least 12 years of law enforcement background

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred

• 3+ years of administrative responsibility

• Familiarity with NB Policing Standards

• Effective communication and leadership skills
