Maintenance Superintendent, Bathurst, New Brunswick

What You'll Do
  • Lead a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible maintenance operation, ensuring all safety, health, and environmental standards are followed.
  • Manage and develop the maintenance team, including supervision, training, communication, performance support, and hiring activities.
  • Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs using industry best practices, technology, and CMMS tools to maximize equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and resources, including work orders, spare parts inventory, maintenance supplies, and equipment records.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities by analyzing maintenance performance, managing projects, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency.
What You Offer
  • 5 years of experience in wood products manufacturing or a heavy industrial environment
  • 5 years of experience leading a team
  • Bilingualism in French and English
  • Comfortable using MS Office and CMMS
