Position: Seasonal Technician Outdoor Role
Join Insight Pest Solutions as a Seasonal Junior Technician in Bathurst, NB, and enjoy a summer of active work while earning competitive pay. Help homeowners with pest issues and grow your skills in pest control.

This full-time role requires about 40 hours per week and offers opportunities for overtime. You will be responsible for inspecting homes, diagnosing pest problems, and providing effective treatments, all while enhancing your customer service skills. This position supports independence and personal growth in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect properties for pests and identify infestations

• Diagnose pest issues and assist in treatment application

• Maintain detailed service reports for clients

• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to questions

• Educate clients on pest prevention techniques

Requirements:

• Ability to safely lift 30 lbs of equipment

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record

• Must be at least 21 years old to drive company vehicles

• Strong ability to communicate and solve problems

• Interest in mastering pest control skills
