Location Requirements: Candidates must be based in and hold an active broker license in the province they will be supporting.

• Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, and provincial regulations.
• Provide guidance on complex transactions and compliance‑related escalations, applying sound risk‑based judgment.
• Proactively recruit and attract top‑producing agents by showcasing our technology, marketing, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, supporting them through onboarding and brokerage transitions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance agent experience and operational efficiency.
• Manage a high volume of agents in a fast‑paced, high‑growth brokerage environment, ensuring compliance and operational support.
