Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accuracy of transaction file processing

• Input data effectively into Skyslope and Back Office

• Handle all transaction types including residential and commercial

• Request necessary documentation from agents promptly

• Maintain compliance with company procedures and timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in real estate transaction management

• Strong verbal and written skills

• Essential proficiency with G-Suite, knowledge of Skyslope

• Ability to prioritize workload and manage 35 new deals weekly
