Branch Admin​/ Resourcer

Route 1 Recruitment Training Ltd is looking for an organised and proactive Administrator/Resource to become the backbone of our busy team. If you thrive on keeping things running smoothly, love ticking off a to-do list, and enjoy variety in your day, this role is for you. You must be flexible and willing to adapt with in this team, as no day will be the same and sometimes you may be required to work out of hours.

What You'll Be Doing

• Inputting and processing payroll accurately and on time
• Assisting with data input across spreadsheets
• Handling invoicing tasks
• Keeping the CRM up to date, accurate, and tidy
• Placing candidates into temporary roles
• Providing general administrative support to the full team

What We're Looking For

• Strong administrative experience, ideally within recruitment or a fast-paced office
• Confident working with spreadsheets and CRM systems
• High attention to detail, especially with payroll and invoicing
• Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• A team player who's happy to pitch in wherever needed

Salary is negitable dependant on experiencem and full training is provided, therefor if you have some of the above experience, but not all, but you hold a willingness to learn you are welcome to apply.
