• Recruiting and managing a team of Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors to ensure the works run smoothly, primarily within Kitchen & Bathroom and void schemes for the Social Housing sector.
• Travelling to and from sites whilst communicating with the senior team and reporting the progress of projects.
• Primarily surveying works across the midlands.
• Working in the refurbishment of Social Housing and aiding local authorities & housing associations to deliver high quality results.

Working at the centre of the social housing sector, you'll be a key member for a specialist contractor.
