A dedicated recruitment firm is seeking Smart Metering Customer Support Advisors in Batley for a temporary to permanent role. You will deliver exceptional customer service, handle enquiries and complaints efficiently, and proactively support operational processes. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, confident in dealing with complaints, and able to work independently or as part of a team. This full-time position includes a pay rate of £12.50 per hour, with rotational shifts between 7am and 7pm.
