Customer Service Administrator

Talent-UK are recruiting for a full time, permanent Customer Service Advisor for a client in Batley.
£26 - £27k basic with opportunity of an additional annual bonus
Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm

As a Customer Service Advisor, we want you to bring your skills, knowledge and previous experience to the team. You'll need to demonstrate your experience whilst dealing with our customers

They are a small friendly busy team with a positive can-do attitude.
This is a non customer facing role working in the expanding head office based in Batley, West Yorkshire.

Duties
 
Being the first point of contact to all new or existing customers, either over the phone or via email. (There is no face to face)
Dealing with a wide range of enquiries from pre sales, chasing orders, dealing with complaints, escalations to after sales.
Liaising with internal departments in order to resolve all customer queries fast and efficiently.
​Liaise with third party suppliers/courier to resolve all customer queries fast and efficiently.
Chasing delieveries
Arranging transport
Element of administration to the role, updating systems, maintaining customer details and accounts.
Complaint handling  Skills required
 
Previous office experience
Sales experience is an advantage
Inbound calls and emails in a similar role would be ideally suited to the position
Online Web Chat - Advantage but not essential as training will be provided
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Computer literate
Good numerical skills and attention to detail,
CRM experience an advantage
Zendesk Experience an advantage
You will have the ability to listen and to think on your feet,
You will enjoy working in a small, friendly team and be approachable in nature
