Talent-UK Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for a busy online bed manufacturer in Batley. Salary £26-£27k, with potential annual bonus.
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, Batley head office.
You'll handle inbound calls and emails, liaise with internal teams to resolve queries, chase deliveries and manage admin tasks. Bed/furniture industry experience is essential; CRM experience (Zendesk) is a plus. You will be part of a small, friendly team with good progression and staff discounts.
