Responsibilities
  • Teach students in Year 5, encouraging a genuine love of learning.
  • Create a stimulating, nurturing environment in which every pupil can develop academically and socially.
  • Listen, question, be responsive and recognise that every pupil and class is different.
  • Support school leaders’ common‑sense workload approach and collaborate with staff to maximise pupils’ progress.
  • Engage in reflective practice, risk‑taking and remain at the leading edge of research and innovation to secure best outcomes for children.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Qualified Teacher Status and experience teaching in primary schools.
  • Excellent curriculum knowledge.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Versatile and able to meet each pupil’s specific needs.
