Upper Key Stage 2 Teacher – Batley | The Education Network

Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | Long-Term | Day-to-Day Supply
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £160–£220 per day (dependent on experience)
The Education Network is working in partnership with a number of primary schools across Batley and the surrounding areas to recruit committed and motivated Upper Key Stage 2 Teachers
.
This role is ideal for a teacher with strong experience in Years 5 and 6, who is confident delivering the KS2 curriculum and supporting pupils as they prepare for the transition into secondary education. You will deliver engaging, structured lessons that promote academic progress, independence, and positive learning behaviours.
Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced teachers, with flexible opportunities available to suit your availability and career goals.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2 (Year 5 and/or Year
6) - Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
, including SATs preparation - Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
- A positive, inclusive, and engaging teaching style
- Flexibility, reliability, and professionalism
- A wide range of Upper KS2 teaching roles in Batley
