Job Overview

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Inclusion Worker who is dedicated to supporting our young people to reach their full potential.

The role will focus on providing positive and aspirational outcomes for pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. This will be achieved through high‑quality support and engagement while supporting behaviour for learning and securing pupils' physical and emotional wellbeing, raising their self‑esteem and encouraging independence.

£29,540.00 - £31,022.00 annually (FTE); £25,733 - £27,024 per annum (actual salary based on 37 hours per week, term time plus 1 week).
