Grade 6: £18,196 per annum – Actual annual salary

30hpw – 8.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. Term time only.

Role Overview

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Educational Teaching Assistant (ETA) to provide the very best care, guidance and support to young people in our school. The successful candidate will work as part of a team including teaching and associate staff, to support the learning and welfare of our learners. Excellent team working skills, along with the ability to deal with difficult situations are essential.

Responsibilities

Provide the best care, guidance and support to young people, working as part of a team of teaching and associate staff to support learning and welfare. Demonstrate excellent team working skills and the ability to handle difficult situations effectively.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience of RWInc Phonics and SEND, along with the ability to demonstrate efficiency and enthusiasm, with a keen interest in Primary Education.
