• Support pupils in the classroom, both individually and in small groups
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging learning activities
• Help create a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Encourage pupil confidence, independence and positive behaviour
• Support children with additional learning needs where required

• Previous experience working with children or young people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, caring and proactive approach
• A genuine passion for supporting education and child development
• A valid DBS check and subscription to the DBS Update Service
