Job Title: Children’s Residential Support Worker

Location: Batley

Salary: Up to £27,352 (+ Excellent overtime rates)

Working Hours: 40 per week (shifts include evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins)

Hourly Rate: £12.60 - £13.15

Who we are looking for…

  • You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car.
  • You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent.
  • Candidates with only Health Care, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications will not be considered.
  • You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available.

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.

You will need the flexibility to work shifts that include evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins. You must be able to build trusting relationships with young people and act as a positive role model.
